Are you looking to do some spring cleaning on your weight loss journey?
Join our Spring Weight Loss Challenge, a six-week group challenge that offers resources, strategies and support while on your weight loss journey. The challenge focuses on goal setting, nutrition, physical activity, mindful eating and sustainability, with opportunities to share and discuss healthy strategies.
Each session is approximately 30 minutes and will meet on Fridays.
