Have your doctors delivered excellent care, made something easier for you or gave you helpful information? Has EHP provided the resources and support needed to manage your well-being and your budget? Our member experience survey is your chance to let us know!

This survey will be sent to a random sampling of members by SPH Analytics. Not all members will receive the survey.

EHP strives to give you and your family the service, support and convenience you need to stay healthy.

  • EHP offers members convenient cost management tools, such as the ClearCost Health medical cost estimator, which shows you how much you could pay for a particular service at different facilities, so you can know in advance how much you could pay — and how much you could save. Learn more.
  • No matter where you are, you enjoy in-network coverage from EHP’s network of providers in the Mid-Atlantic region and the Cigna network nationwide. Search the provider networks.
  • Timely mental health care is easier than ever for EHP members with UpLift, a virtual behavioral health platform with an expanded provider network and easy search tools to match a provider to your needs and preferences. Learn about it.
  • EHP members enjoy money-saving Plan Perks such as BurnAlong for discounted home fitness programs, or DinnerTime for healthy, on-budget meal planning with no sign-up fees. Explore more.
  • When newly referred members can’t get a timely appointment with a specialist, EHP’s Specialty Appointment Line is a dedicated line for employees and their covered dependents. Where possible, clinics have set aside appointment times to accommodate EHP members. Learn more.

Why this survey matters

Every year, a random sample of EHP members receives a survey. The 20-minute survey includes questions about your recent experiences with your plan and providers and can be completed by phone, by mail or online. EHP works with SPH Analytics to administer this survey.
